L4i understands that being inclusive and addressing racism requires an approach centred on those experiencing overlapping, concurrent forms of oppression. We work with you to design inclusive processes, make people feel safe and consider unintended impacts.
L4i’s approach adheres to principles of good ethics and respect for participants’ rights and privacy. As standard practice, L4i abides by the tenets of Manitoba’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and Manitoba’s Personal Health Information Act. L4i staff have up-to-date PHIA certification.
